This dynamic workshop will explore the making, altering, and ideas behind lidded wares. An emphasis will be placed upon the relationships between vessels and their accompanying lids and other appendages. Open to anyone who wants to make pots that are more complex within their function, this weekend workshop will provide an opportunity for participants to learn varying techniques of making and forming while being guided through an understanding of how to analyze and act upon their own practice. There will be demonstrations, one-on-one instruction, group discussion, and presentations. Intermediate to Advanced
